Do I have to replace Cloudbeds or Hostelworld?
No. Keep Hostelworld and Cloudbeds exactly as they are. Vigily sits in the middle and chases payment, the part Hostelworld leaves to you.
Do I need a different booking system?
Vigily works with Cloudbeds today. We're focused on getting that right before adding others.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days. We learn how you run Hostelworld, set you up together, and go live when you're happy.
Will it cancel bookings without asking me?
Never. You approve every cancellation. Vigily chases payment. You make the calls that matter.
Is guest payment data safe?
Yes. Cards stay with your existing setup. Vigily makes sure bookings get paid. It doesn't store card details.
When can I sign up?
